Option 2: Serve as Your Local Agent for Jackson Rental Registration Program 

If you own rental property in Jackson, MS and don't live in the City of Jackson based on the current laws you need a local agent.

We are a preferred local agent and partner with the City of Jackson.

• We will handle all your electronic filing and registrations with the City of Jackson.
• We will keep you complaint and in good standing with the City of Jackson.
• $100 a year Local Agent Fee for your first property and $50 for each additional property.
