An investment in Broadmoor is an investment with good company. Jackson has been targeted by large developers as a city ripe for regentrification. They have already invested or committed to invest hundreds of millions of dollars into downtown Jackson and the Fondren area just north of Broadmoor.
OPPORTUNITIES
We invest in houses and each deal is unique. Our Investors begin by funding mortgages at less than 60% of the value of the house. The total investment into a house deal is usually between $45,000 and $55,000. (example: A house valued at $75,000, purchased & rehabbed by the Good Property Management for $45,000. Investor funds the $45K and receives a Promissory Note and Deed of Trust, 8% 30 yr am. with payments of $330.19/month) Once three houses have been funded, the Investor may choose to begin a partnership arrangement on more houses with long term returns of 11% and higher.
